Your reservation is guaranteed with a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount of your arranged stay or, in any case, not inferior to one night's stay.

For the hotel-keeper the deposit serves as a confirmation while it is of forfeit nature for the guest.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date, give guests the right to a refund of 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellations made after this time limit determine the loss of the deposit paid.



Check-in / Check–out

If no other agreement has been made, the room will be at the guest’s disposal from 2 p.m. of the arrival day and has to be left free by 10 a.m. of the leaving day.



Non-arrival of the guest on the fixed date (No–show)

In case of no–show of the guest on the fixed date, the hotel-keeper must keep the room reserved until 12 a.m. of the day following the expected arrival, only if there is a written proof (deposit or letter) which guarantees the booking.



Late check-in or early check-out

In case of late check-in or early check-out, not due to hotel-keeper’s default, the hotel-keeper has the right to receive the payment of the only room rate for the not used reserved stay.

In this case the room remains at the guest’s disposal till the end of the arranged period. If the hotel-keeper re-lets the room, he must refund the original guest of the sum corresponding to the reoccupied period.
